【Q&A】

How to install the flow regulator?

How long should I replace the dechlorinating handle?

If it is used by a person, it is suggested to be replaced a new one in four months; if it is used by two people, it is suggested to be replaced in two months; so on and so forth. (The calculation is based on a person using 80-100L water during every shower.)

Why is there no milky white water compared to MiniBle aerator?

Microbubbles are small, so it is suggested to fill up the water in a see-through container and light the container in a dark room to observe the microbubbles. If you still cannot see the milky white water, please contact us.

How to solve the leaking problem at the edge of the front lid?

As this phenomenon happens, you can follow the following order to check:

  • The front lid is tight or not.
  • The side of the rubber ring inside the front lid is right or not.
  • The rubber ring has back-and-front side. As we can see from the arrow in the picture, there is a bulge on the front side of the rubber ring. If it is installed upside down, it may cause the leaking problem.

If the phenomenon mentioning above doesn’t take place, please contact us. We will help you deal with your further questions.

How to solve the problem if the lid is split while using?

As this phenomenon happens, you can follow the following order to check:

  • The front lid is tight or not.
  • The water pressure or flow rate is too high or not.

If the suggested flow rate is above 5kg/cm2 or 16 L/min, the phenomenon might happen. It is suggested to use a flow regulator.

If the phenomenon mentioning above doesn’t take place, please contact our customer service. We will help you with your further questions.

【Cleaning and Maintenance】

  • It is suggested to clean the washer with screens every 2 weeks or 1 month.
  • Remove three washers with screens and brush them gently with a soft toothbrush.
  • If it is hard water, you can soak the washers with screens into 60℃ water with Citric Acid or limescale remover for 15 minutes and brush them with a soft toothbrush to enhance the detergency. (The actual cleaning frequency and service life of product may vary depending on water quality.)
